| Please telephone either Rory or Helen on 01288-341370 or e-mail to check the availability of the cottage and date you require. |
| Once availability is confirmed and a provisional booking has been made, a booking form will be sent to you. |
| Please complete and return the booking form together with a deposit for one third of the rent within seven days of receipt of the booking form. |
| The remaining two thirds balance must be received six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. |

Terms |
| In the event of cancellation, for any reason, and if the accommodation cannot be re-let, the total price for the period booked will be payable. We recommend that you insure against this risk. |
| If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available on the date booked, all rent and charges paid in advance will be refunded in full. We accept no further liability. |
| The number of people and pets must not exceed the number on the booking form. Pets are welcome on the understanding that they are looked after in the proper manner. Pets must not be shut in the holiday cottage unattended, and must not be allowed to sleep on the beds. We are surrounded by countryside and therefore the strictest control will be required at all times. Any damaged caused will be the full responsibility of the owner. |
| Cottages are available from 4 p.m. on the first day of your holiday. Please vacate by 10a.m. on the last day. |
| Any complaints must be made to us immediately they arise. We regret that nothing can be done to deal with a problem or dissatisfaction if left unvoiced until the end of your holiday. |
| The cottage must be left, clean and tidy and in good order. You will be held responsible for any damage or breakages. |
| We do not accept any liability for loss, injury or damage suffered by you, or any member of your family, during your stay. |
| If you fail to comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to require you to vacate the property at once and without any compensation becoming payable by us. |
| Rules for the use of the swimming pool will be advised on arrival. Use of the pool is conditional upon acceptance of these rules. |
